All estimates provided are approximate and subject to change based on actual inspection and assessment of your roofing needs. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin. We accept various forms of payment including cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment is typically due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Emergency services are provided on a best-effort basis and may incur additional charges due to urgent response requirements and after-hours availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of New York.
